Welcome to Sahu Marriage Matrimony, operated by Vaivahik Manch India. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to membership cancellations, refunds, and service charges on our website.

2. Membership Cancellation

Users may cancel their membership or stop using the website at any time by contacting our support team or deleting their account.

Cancellation of membership will stop future access to premium services after the membership validity period ends.

3. Refund Policy

All membership fees, profile promotion charges, advertisement fees, biodata services, and other service charges paid on Sahu Marriage Matrimony are generally non-refundable.

Once a service has been activated, used, or processed, no refund shall be provided.

4. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made by mistake.
Payment deducted but service not activated due to technical issues.
Wrong transaction caused by a verified system error.

Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within 7 to 15 working days through the original payment method.

The final decision regarding refunds shall remain solely with Vaivahik Manch India.

5. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

User found a match or did not find a match.
User changed their mind after payment.
Membership period has already started.
Incorrect information was entered by the user.
Account suspended due to violation of Terms & Conditions.
Services already used, including profile promotion, advertisements, biodata creation, or premium features.
